By registering for the 2025 Canary User Conference (“Conference”), held at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center in State College, PA, from August 11-14, you (“Attendee”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, do not register.
Eligibility: Registration is open to individuals 18 or older.
Payment: Fees must be paid upfront at registration. No access will be granted without payment.
Transfer: Tickets are only transferable through a request made and approved by Canary Labs at least 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellations/Refund: Tickets are nonrefundable, even if organizers cancel or reschedule.
Attendees agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Refrain from all harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. The conference organizers reserve all rights to refuse admission or remove anyone who violates the Code, without refund or warning.
All presentations, materials, logos, and videos created for or presented at the Conference are the sole property of Canary Labs.
This includes session slides, demo recordings, exhibitor media, and any branded or user-submitted content.
Reproduction, reuse, or distribution of any session content without express written consent from Canary Labs is prohibited.
Attendees grant Canary Labs the right to record, use, and repurpose any content captured during the event, including logos, product demonstrations, and speaker presentations, for promotional, training, or archival purposes.
By participating or submitting materials, you agree that Canary Labs retains full ownership and rights over all media produced or presented at the Conference.
Attendee contact details provided during registration will be used by Canary Labs to facilitate the event and related communications. This would include Conference Updates, Surveys, and more.
Attendees assume responsibility for their safety. Organizers are not liable for personal injury or loss except in cases of gross negligence.
To the fullest extent of what the law permits, neither Canary Labs, nor its venue, nor its sponsors will be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Lost or stolen personal property
Organizers are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events outside of their control (e.g., natural disasters or governmental actions).
These terms may be updated. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
This event is governed by Pennsylvania State Law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, with venue in State College, PA.
