Our Conference Schedule

The conference will open with a welcome from our Vice President, Ed Stern. He'll be followed by President Gary Stern, who will deliver the official conference address. Afterward, Mark Rice will take the stage to showcase the latest features and share what's ahead for the Canary Platform.

One of the topics we're asked about the most is how to build redundancy, scale systems effectively, and support organizations at every stage, all while following the best practices. This session dives into how to tackle these goals with the Canary platform.

John will share how Software Toolbox’s suite of solutions, combined with world-class support, can help companies overcome the many challenges of data acquisition. Whether you are challenged with connection to an eclectic mix of legacy PLCs, SCADA systems, Business Systems, or more modern Web Services, Software Toolbox likely has a cost-effective, configurable off-the-shelf solution for you. John will review some of their most popular solutions and discuss how they can work in combination with Canary System Connectors and API’s to easily access the data sources you need to bring visibility to your industrial operations and assets.

This session will cover the full lifecycle of migrating from legacy historian systems (GE Proficy and Rockwell FactoryTalk Historian) to Canary Labs. Attendees will learn how we successfully migrated historical data and improved data accessibility across multiple sites and corporate operations. The migration strategy supported approximately 2,000 tags per site, with scalability designed to accommodate future growth for up to 20,000 tags. Real-time data collection was facilitated through Kepware, and a site-to-corporate historian architecture was established to centralize access for over 50 users across two sites and corporate headquarters. Excel-based reporting was updated to utilize the Canary Labs Excel Add-In, while Axiom was implemented for real-time data visualization and report viewing.

This presentation will highlight practical lessons learned, including managing data integrity during migration, migrating historical reporting, and ensuring seamless user adoption. Join this session to gain actionable insights and proven strategies for successful historian migration and enterprise standardization.

In this session, Ken Wyant will share the new features in Canary Views. Learn how to efficiently organize your data using rules, regular expressions, and asset hierarchies to drive organizational clarity.

During this session, Isaac Stern will go over a number of features that can be achieved inside our visualization tool, Axiom.  

Ben will present how Seeq enables users to discover hidden insights in their Canary Data and other data sources through the application of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and graphical data visualizations.  Seeq enables users to leverage their operational time series data to make their business more efficient, profitable, and sustainable.

During this session, we highlight Canary’s approach to integrated security and SOC 2 compliance. This session will cover key features including data encryption, role-based access control, secure authentication methods like Single Sign-On (SSO) and API tokens, as well as individual tag level security. These security fundamentals allow every Canary user to ensure that their data stays protected at every level. Our IT Manager, Chris Brooks, and Content Writer, Steve Mason, will be presenting these topics.

Our President of Sales, Mike Hayden, will be closing us out for the day.
