Richard will share his experience with how the implementation of the Canary System at Boca Raton and The City of Lake City has been instrumental in the creation and development of more Data Driven Cultures. Richard will provide insights into how he and his team developed the project, gained approval, integrated controls and automation systems, and developed graphical dashboards with Axiom to lay the foundation for the city’s services’ digital transformation. He will review how they have integrated their Esri ArcGIS platform with Canary to provide additional situational awareness and insights for assets distributed across the City of Lake City and the greater Columbia County area.
